Using Automatic Recall

To Activate:

  1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
  2. Press *69 and listen for one of the following: A recorded voice announcement indicating the directory number of the last incoming call, as well as the time and date the call was received. Or a recorded voice announcement indicating the last incoming call cannot be tracked or that it is originating from a 'private' or blocked number.
  3. Listen to the recorded voice prompts to initiate the Automatic Recall feature.

To Deactivate:

  1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
  2. Press *89.
  3. Listen for recorded voice announcement that it has been deactivated.
