Using Voicemail

To Access Your Mailbox (from home or away):

  1. Dial your home or business number.
  2. Press the * key while the message is playing to access your voice mailbox.
  3. If requested, enter your password, followed by the # key.
  4. A series of prompts will assist you in using the various features of voice mail.

To Record Your Greeting:

  1. Access your voice mailbox (following directions to 'Access Your Mailbox').
  2. After you have accessed your mailbox, press 9 to setup your mailbox. A series of prompts will direct you to your various options.

To Check Your Messages:

  1. Access your voice mailbox (following directions to 'Access Your Mailbox').
  2. Press 1 for new messages; press 2 for saved messages.

To Change Your Password:

  1. Access your voice mailbox (following directions to 'Access Your Mailbox').
  2. After you have accessed your mailbox, press 9 to enter set-up menu.
  3. After the prompt, press 2 and follow the prompts to change your password.
