BARK: rather dark and tight with rigid interwoven patterns of shallow ridges and furrows 

FLOWER: flowers in commonly terminal clusters, usually with a 4-petaled corolla  

GROWTH: 70’ and 80’ 

DISTRIBUTION: Native to Eastern U.S.
